Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order.

The request will be reviewed by the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, and they will determine whether cancellation is valid.

If the service has been received, you must request cancellation within 5 days of receiving the service.

Refund Policy

If the services received do not match what was displayed on the Platform or do not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 5 days of receiving the service.

Our Customer Service team will review the complaint and take appropriate action. For services with a warranty, the issue will be referred to the manufacturer.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Warranty and Manufacturer Issues

In case of complaints regarding services that come with a warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. We will assist in resolving any service-related issues but cannot process refunds or cancellations for warranty-covered services.
